Try TableScribe free for two sessions before you buy. If it still isn’t right for your table, you get your money back.
Full refund within 14 days
You can get a full refund for any purchase within 14 days, for any reason. You don’t need to explain why.
How to ask
- Reply to your receipt email from Paddle, or look up the order at paddle.net, or
- email us at support@mosh-technology.com with the email you bought with.
Paddle, our reseller, makes the refund to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
What happens to the key
A refund ends the licence that purchase paid for: a refunded new key stops working, a refunded extension takes its 90 days back off, and a refunded upgrade turns the key back into the 3-month pass it was. Your recordings, transcripts and recaps stay on your computer and you can still read them.
After 14 days
Something broken that we can’t fix, or a change that takes away something you paid for? Contact us and we’ll sort it out fairly.
Your legal rights
When you buy, you ask for the licence to be delivered right away, which means the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the key is delivered. This refund policy gives you the same 14 days anyway, and it doesn’t limit any other rights you have under consumer law.
